Kalos orisate! Welcome to Emotion Apartments in Asprovalta. Our three-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated with love in 2016 and offers a special and extraordinary stay for singles, families and couples. You will find:
2 bedrooms; bath with shower; 2 large balconies (every room has access to one balcony); 2 air conditioning systems; living room with electric fire place and TV; fully equipped kitchen with microwave / coffee pod machine / oven / induction cooker (stove) / sandwich maker / freezer / washing machine / dish washer as well as cleaning supplies. There is WIFI throughout the whole property.
Enjoy the beach with your beach umbrella, 3 beach mats and inflatable beach accessoires (pump included). For our small guests there is a wooden child’s chair and a fold out cot. Have a relaxed evening at the dining table with magazines and books.

We rent this three-room apartment for a total of 4 people and one small child until the age of 5. The rates are quoted per night for the number of people indicated and include Wifi, air conditioning, 1 set of sheets and towels for every person. Every 10 days you can get an extra change of towels for free. For any more towels or bed linen there is a charge of 10€/set.
Children from the age of 0-9 are staying for free
Children from the age of 10-17 pay 7€ extra / night
We will add a cleaning fee of 50€ to your booking price

Smoking is only permitted outside on the balconies
Please note that change of bed linen and towels take place every 10 days. If you want an extra set of hand towels and bed linen it costs 10€ per set.
If you would like to stay longer and would like a thorough clean of the apartment our Team member Milka is happy to refresh for 45€ extra
Check-in is from 3 to 11 pm; Check-out is until 11 am. Exceptions are possible with prior agreement
Yes, with every booking we charge a cleaning fee of 50€ in total. This fee will be charged directly after you completed your booking with us. This fee goes to a separate bank account. You will get the payment details via E-Mail.
Please note that in case of cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival the cancellation is free. For cancellations after 30 days prior to your arrival, modification or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The cleaning fee for the end of your stay as well as the extra fee for young adults until the age of 17 will be charged prior to your arrival at the bank account of Emotion Apartments. You will get the exact payment information via E-Mail. Fees that arise during your stay will be charged at the end of your holiday with us.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.
Please communicate with us directly in case of any damage of the interior apartment.
Our Team member Milka will hand out the keys. For this please let us know your exact arrival time in advance.
Yes, during summer there’s usually a “Siesta” from about 1 to 4 pm in the afternoon. During this time it shouldn’t be too loud.
Friends and families are welcome. House parties are not permitted.
Since the pipelines are not the newest in this area, we invite you to be conscious and throw toilet paper and hygiene products into the bin with garbage bag. Full bags can be removed and put into the garbage container on the streets.
There are available: a parasol, multiple inflatable beach balls and a floating tire as well as different beach mats.
